Workplan
The workplan is structured in 6 work packages (WP), with the first one dedicated to the project management and the exploitation and dissemination activities.
Work package 2 (WP2) concerns the overall MATRIS system and includes on the one hand, the system requirement definitions, the specification of the architecture, and on the other hand, the integration and the trials of the complete system. WP2 regroups the "horizontal" activities of the project and involves all partners of the consortium (See figure 2).

The workpackages 3 to 6 represent the "vertical" activities of the project and cover the research and development of the basis technology.
- WP3: Design of the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU)
- WP4: Signal processing and 2D feature extraction
- WP5: Off-line scene processing; WP6: real-time tracking and calibration
They provide the software and hardware components developed to meet the requirements and specifications for the integrated system.
